1. Eligibility & Promotion Period

• Duration: The promotion begins on 1st June 2026 and strictly ends at 11:59 PM AEST on Tuesday, 30th June 2026 ("Promotion Period").
• Availability: Offers are valid only during the Promotion Period and while stocks last. No rainchecks, extensions, or manual discount applications will be granted after the midnight cutoff on 30th June.

2. Minimum Purchase Requirement & Pricing

• Minimum Spend: The sale discount or offer is exclusively valid on orders with a minimum subtotal of $299 AUD or greater in a single transaction (calculated before shipping fees and taxes, and after any other applicable credits are applied).
• Exclusions: Gift cards, shipping charges do not count toward the $299 minimum purchase threshold.
• Non-Retroactive: The discount cannot be applied retroactively to purchases made prior to the start of the Promotion Period.
• Stacking: This offer cannot be combined with any other discount codes, promotional offers, or loyalty reward point redemptions.

3. Order Processing & Stock Availability

• Cart Allocation: Adding items to your shopping cart does not reserve the stock or lock in the price. Your checkout must be fully processed, payment approved, and an order confirmation number generated before the promotion ends.
• Stock Discrepancies: In the rare event of a system inventory error, we reserve the right to cancel an order if stock is unavailable. If this occurs, you will be refunded in full immediately.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Dispatch Timelines: Due to the high volume of orders typically received during June sale events, please allow an additional 2–4 business days for order processing, packing, and dispatch.
• Standard Rates: Standard shipping fees apply unless your final order total satisfies our standard free shipping threshold of all orders over $299.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Important Consumer Notice: Our change-of-mind policy operates in conjunction with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

• Partial Returns Clause: If you return an item from your order for a change of mind, and the remaining value of the items you keep falls below the $299 minimum purchase threshold, the promotional discount will be retroactively forfeited. Your refund or store credit will be calculated based on the original full retail price of the items kept, and the difference will be deducted from your return value.
• Faulty Items: In accordance with the ACL, if any item arrives damaged, defective, or faulty, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or full refund. The $299 minimum spend rule will not impact your statutory rights for faulty goods.
• Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping for change-of-mind returns is the sole responsibility of the customer.

6. General Conditions

• We reserve the right to modify, extend, or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice.
• By placing an order during the Promotion Period, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions as well as our standard website Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
