Amoré Lighting Important Notice:
The obligation to the purchaser under this policy is limited to the replacement of the item at our discretion when the product is returned to the place of purchase, all transport and labor costs concerning the replacement of the item will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
Defective Products:
Products found to be defective upon arrival or installation are subject to warranty conditions. Upon arrival of the product in its original packaging back to Amoré Lighting, it will test by our technicians. If the product is deemed faulty, Amoré Lighting will replace the items free of charge and ship the product back to the customer. If the item is not deemed to be faulty, it will then ship back at the purchaser’s expense.
Damaged Goods:
It is rare for goods to be damaged in transit and we rely on customers to inform us of any problems. Please advise the courier at the time (and Amoré Lighting) if the goods delivered show obvious damage. Most of the time damages are minor and replacement parts can arrange. For example, the glass covers of lights may arrive damaged or broken. A fan can still install and a replacement glass can send direct to the customer, no need for delays in trying to replace the whole fan.
Faulty Goods:
Ceiling fans and accessories are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty which is usually an in-home warranty. It is best to have the fan installed and then contact the manufacturer for the warranty should service be required. Note that the warranty service will generally cover replacing or fixing the faulty fan but not installing it. This is why it is best to get the electrician to complete the installation even if the fan is faulty. Many faults are not faults but installation errors and are not covered by warranties. It is therefore advisable to get an experienced electrician to install fans. Other types of fans like exhaust fans are usually covered by an exchange warranty: the faulty fan is sent back to the point of purchase to be fixed or exchanged. Details of warranties are usually found on the manufacturer’s website.
Any claim made concerning this warranty is solely limited to the cost of replacement of the product. No acceptance of other liability for incidental or consequential damage is covered. This warranty becomes VOID if the product was not INSTALLED BY A QUALIFIED LICENSED ELECTRICIAN or has been tampered with, damaged, or repaired by a non-qualified electrician or becomes faulty in any way through improper use. Normal wear and tear, accident, abuse, or failure to use the product following normal operation of the product are NOT covered by this warranty.
Returns Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return or replacement, please ensure that:
The product was purchased directly from Amore Lighting's official website or in-store.
The product is in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation included.
The return reason falls within the acceptable grounds for a return, such as product defects, damage during transit, or receiving the wrong item.
How to Initiate a Return or Replacement:
To initiate a return or replacement request, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Contact Our Customer Support
Reach out to our friendly customer support team via Phone or email mentioned on our website.
Provide your order details, including the order number and the reason for the return or replacement request.
Step 2: Return Authorization and Instructions
Once your request is verified, our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on how to proceed with the return or replacement process.
Return Shipping:
For returns or replacements due to product defects, damage during transit, or receiving the wrong item, Amore Lighting will cover the return shipping costs.
For returns or replacements due to other non-defective reasons, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Inspection and Processing:
Upon receiving the returned product, our quality control team will inspect the item to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria mentioned above.
If the return or replacement is approved, we will process the refund or dispatch the replacement within 5-10 business days.
Refunds:
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used during the purchase.
Please note that the time taken for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your financial institution.
Exclusions:
The following items are not eligible for return or replacement:
Products that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.
Products without the original packaging or missing accessories.
Clearance or discounted items, unless defective.
