Replacement purchase. Beautiful but very hot!

We purchased one of these lamps a year or two ago but unfortunately due to some careless handling by myself I dropped the power cord on it and it smashed. The second light we purchased is much heavier than the first and I think it’s because the class sphere is thicker than the previous one. Perhaps there were many breakages given its fragility. This one is just as beautiful and hopefully less fragile for clumsy thumbs here. The only complaint is the surface temperature gets hot enough to burn your fingers on.
